The Rules Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 195 "An Act                     
extending the termination date of the State Physical Therapy and               
Occupational Therapy Board; and providing for an effective date"               
and recommended it be replaced with                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 195(RLS), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to the licensure of physical therapy
